With 35 years of experience as an income property owner/investor, I have developed a strategic plan that works. Since 1973, I have realized an 18% annualized average internal rate of return on my own real estate portfolio. Now I am coaching others to do the same.

Through W.R. Gorman & Associates, I am in the unique position to work with a selectcadre of real estate investors helping them to make timely decisions appropriate to achieving the financial goals that they have set for themselves and their heirs.
